Complete Estate Plans

A complete estate plan is one that delivers a deceased person's assets to his or her heirs exactly as the person intended.  In most cases, simply signing a will or trust will not be effective to achieve the desired result.  An estate plan must be selected carefully, drafted properly, and then implemented by changing the ownership or beneficiaries of assets.

 

There are three (3) types of complete estate plans.  Each of them is based upon a method of asset distribution, and designed to achieve a specific result. 

 

Selection of an estate plan can only be done after a careful review a client's assets, family situation, and goals.  Other documents or strategies may be required in each case.  However, most people will find that one of these estate plans is suitable to meet their objectives:
