In-Office Estate Planning Services
In-Office Estate Planning is the traditional method to complete an estate plan. One or more consultations will be conducted at our office to select an estate plan, and discuss estate planning strategy. Documents are signed under our supervision, then bound and delivered to the client. Follow-up instructions to complete the plan are reviewed and discussed.
Follow these steps to use in-office estate planning service:
Step 1: Complete a Client Worksheet
Complete a Client Worksheet. Although not required for the first consultation, a Client Worksheet organizes information for discussion. The consultation will be more productive if the worksheet is completed prior to the first meeting.
Step 2: Schedule an Office Consultation
Contact us to schedule a meeting. Our office is conveniently located and easily accessible. One or more meetings may be required to complete an estate plan.
Step 3: Sign Documents
Documents will be signed under our supervision. They will then be bound for delivery to the client, along with a flash drive that contains a copy of all documents.
Step 4: Complete the Plan
Follow-up instructions will be reviewed and discussed. These instructions are necessary to complete the estate plan.
